Microsoft Excel is a very useful program. It allows for information that might otherwise be complicated, be understandable. Through Excel, data can be condensed, stored, and shared with others so that is easily understood. The program is also useful for visual and organizational programs, as various graphs can be included.

By means of Microsoft Excel, AquaHeat will store data of our progress. Data will include where heat plates are located and the temperature of the heat plates. Also, the data will show the correlation between heat plate temperature, water pressures levels and heat temperatures, and the amount of time needed for water to be considered drinkable and then distributed. We will use graphing methods to better show and explain these factors.

As AquaHeat begins to expand as not only a company, but also an environmental movement, Microsoft Excel will enable us to see how effective our work is, and allow us to share with others our methods and progress, in hopes to gain support in changing the world.
